I was very pleased with the work Jean (John) performed. Very professional, conscientious. I will use them again and highly recommend them to my friends. 5 star service. Thanks, Steve Menefee
I recently got my Chevy blazer EV and didnâ t want to spend all night charging it so figured Iâ ll install a charging station at my house. Price was right and process was fast almost like adding an outlet (but not exactly). Tom answered the phone after 2 rings and was very friendly then I spoke to Jonathan who kinda went over the process and pricing. Installation was 2 days later (they offered to do it sooner but my schedule wouldnâ t allow it) and finished product looks amazing. We had solar panels installed 3 months ago so this whole setup is actually great. Thank you guys for a job well done!

This is from my personal experience. If I could I give zero stars. I had a written contract with the owner who is an electrician on this job to install a new breaker panel, new breakers, stucco pan, run two dedicated 20 amp lines for kitchen, and install larger EMT pole. The electrician (owner) and helper provide the work to install a brand new elec panel, breakers and stucco pan. They took out the old panel that was embedded into wall of the house and did not seal this 2 ft by 3 ft hole but instead put a metal stucco pan over this hole. I made known several times the elec panel and stucco pan behind it was crooked - not leveled. Plus the stucco pan was the wrong size and not sealed to prevent water from getting behind it and into the wall of my house. Owner's solution was to put stucco over stucco pan above the elec panel so to hide seeing the pan. Hole tho was not sealed. I repeatly said this crooked pan/elec panel was not acceptable. Owner would not fix it. Also inside elec panel the two 50 amp breakers that go to the oven was to have a bridge ; connecting these two breakers was never was installed. Secondly, the owner said he had other jobs to go do and did not have time to finish mine - still I wanted the elec panel and pan corrected and hole in wall sealed. At this point the owner said he needed to write a new contract for me and write in the 2 dedicated lines and replace the EMT pole were be put on hold for undetermined amount of time. He said I had to sign this new contract and pay the balance right then BEFORE the final inspection was completed which was to be done later that day. I refused to sign at first but the owner, Frank said he would give me a discount if I would sign this new contract and pay in FULL right NOW. Saving money sounded ok after spending thousand of dollars on this project so in good faith the work would be completed plus the electric panel and stucco pan would be fixed correctly I signed and paid. City did inspection and panel failed. On 2nd attempt by city which did only a video inspection by phone it passed but city was only there for code inspection not quality of work. I told owner yet again I was not happy with panel and pan sitting crooked on my house and the pan not being properly sealed behind it could cause water damage. Owner did not fixed this. I contacted ROC to file complaint and they did investigation. ROC found poor workmanship, elec panel and pan not installed properly, etc. ROC had owner remove the entire panel, breakers and stucco pan behind it and start over. When I hired AZ DC Elec I was not aware their license did not cover fixing any stucco damaged caused by removing/replacing elec panel or pan nor fixing the hole left behind from removing the old elec panel. I hired and paid additional money beyond what I paid the electrician to a licensed stucco company to have them properly fix the hole on the side of my house and do the stucco work once the electrician pulled the panel and pan off my house. Plus cut the stucco pan to size to properly fit the hole left in the side of my house from taking out the old elec panel. Even tho on 2nd contract had me sign stating electrician would finish job later regarding the 2 dedicated lines and larger EMT pole to accommodate additional wiring I do not want anymore work on my property done by this company.
Expert electricians who are fair

Fast efficient saved my butt! Would definitely recommend! Frank was awesome!
Communication was excellent. He is an articulate young man who explained all the options I needed to make a decision. He was clean, well spoken and on time. I would definitely hire him again and refer him to othersâ ¦Frank is his name.
