Oscar came to repair my washer. He was the nicest repair man EVER. He was professional, appreciative, and just a joy to have repair my washer. I cannot say enough kind words, but I will always recommend this company, and Oscar especially. He came on a Saturday morning. He was on time. I did not call until 8:30 am on Saturday, he called at 9 and was here by 10:30 and fixed my washer. He did not leave a mess, and I am back to doing laundry. Thank G d for Oscar.

Sakhi misdiagnosed the problem with my Kitchen Aid refrigerator. I paid him $350.00 cash for changing the fan motor. Problem was not solved, when he came back a week later, he wanted another $350.00 to replace the control board. He does not speak English, and he says everything is "normal". I do not recommend AZ Appliance Repair Service.

I would not recommend this company to anyone because of their very poor service, it takes them to long to respond, and it takes 3-4 weeks to come back, job was never complete, they promise to come and they do not show up, their service is terrible.
