Excellent inspection and report. Ashtin called me direct prior to the inspection and introduced himself. He conducted the inspection on day/time as promised. Inspection report was thorough and he provided multiple recommendations and a safety hazard; of which I would not have identified. Strongly recommend for home buyers.
