I have had A-total plumbing out to my house twice now in the past 6 months. The first technician who came to my house was Nick. Nick was very misogynistic, and made multiple inappropriate comments about the quality of my home. Commenting on how my floors were not real hardwood (the job he did did not involve hardwood floors at all), and detailing a list of things I "should have done" before purchasing the home and gave me advice on what I should do next time. I am a young female and you just get the feeling unsolicited advice would not have been handed out to a male homeowner. Ok, so he does work for me and leaves. I call and tell them I want to keep using them but explain what happened and asked for a different technician next time. Ok, next time comes and a different technician arrives. Interestingly, I have the same issues with the new guy! Asked to speak to the landlord upon arrival although I am the homeowner and should have been listed as such. Tried to sell me a membership I had already purchased, and went around my home offering advice on things I should be fixing.... although I did not ask for said advice. When I commented he did not really seem to know what was going on (did not seem to have read my file) he blamed "the desk girls". You mean the women? That right there let me know what he thinks about women. He said" "the desk girls try their best but do not communicate well." Funny enough, the ONLY positive experiences I have had with this company are with the women who respond to my inquiries when I call. So, what should I do now? Call again and say I want another different technician? 3rd times the charm?

Bailey and Dillon at A-Total Plumbing were very communicative throughout the process. Both were patient and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. A-Total worked to move their schedule around to get me back in my home ASAP. A-Total beat the competition on our quote by 30%.
