They were the BEST! Gary always let me know when he arrived, left, & what part of the job he'd be working on each day. He was a perfectionist on every aspect of the job & very thorough in the removal of rotted wood, replacing flashing, & preparing for the next days tasks. His son came to help after the scaffold was set up; so I felt alot better about them working near the top of the chiminey; that they'd be safe at that height, also & the job could be completed successfully.
Excellent craftsmanship and work. Did take on extra things as we found them did take a bit linger but all was good.
The work was done with excellence and Gary was a pleasure to work with. It is just so nice to meet a pro that I can trust in my home, trust to be on time, and trust to do a good job. I would highly recommend him.
Gary was very professional and cleaned up well after the job was completed.
Mr. Smith did a beautiful, top-notch repairs. Got to work quickly, very organized. This man has a lot of experience, you can tell by the end product. Not many people know how to repair pocket doors - he was the only one I interview that knew how and that was the truth - WOW!
Mr. Smith is an experience man in the line of remolding, it showed in his repairs to these pocket doors and folding doors. He was prepared- got to work quickly and made it look easy. I was totally impressed with the repairs and how great everything turned out. One could tell he had some serious experience.
My Larson Storm Door was in locked position and would not open. Gary came and took door off so we could find model number and order parts needed. When the parts arrived, Gary came and replaced parts and used better screws to attach door to frame. He was very prompt and very patient with me to explain how to operate the lock. The lock works better than when it was first installed. Would use him again .
I was trying to get a kitchen sink installed for probably a month, but my previous plumbing company failed to do so after sending out 3 plumbers. Gary solved the issue for me and cleaned up the previous plumbers' work and educated me on what he was doing. He was on time, and overall great to work with. I highly recommend him.
Gary built custom cabinets for our houseboat on the dock at the marina. He brought the entire wood shop and his work was meticulous and beautiful. He has the highest integrity of any contractor that I have ever worked with.
