Initially, Ken seemed unwilling to come down to the city for an in-person quote when we were in the initial process of getting quotes to clean the mess after a water main burst and flooded our basement. Honestly, we almost decided against using his service as a result of it. But we ended up giving him a chance because of his reasonable prices, and are very glad we did. Ultimately, he came down for a final estimate, proved very knowledgeable about what needed to be done (after so many years in the business) and was honest about not overselling us on services we didn't need. He even started on the weekend! Great sense of customer service, reasonable price and a very nice, fair person. Ken is a good guy, and I offer a full endorsement of his business. If you need a reliable, honest and quality company to clean up after a basement flood, he's your guy!

He cleaned my carpets and worked hard to restore carpets to excellent condition. I also had him clean the kitchen, mop the floor and he did an excellent job.
