For a customer to continuously call the owner to ask if they could be notified prior to their employees stepping onto private property by knocking on door or via text message I don't think was asking to much. Also asking why my pool is still green if you've been treating it since Dec. 2023 to have an owner go syco over the phone is alarming to me. This company uses Unfair business practices charging for something that's not even needed currently. Georgia Attorney generals office will definitely be getting a complaint from me.

He recommended that I replace my filter equipment and then quit abruptly when I said that I wanted to seek a second opinion. I worked with his wife to have them complete the pool opening and then used a different company for regular service (using the equipment that he wanted to replace). I may have caught him on a bad day, but it was a very unpleasant introduction to owning a pool.

I feel that I had one of the toughest above ground pool to clean. I called everyone that I could, but they were they only pool company that would come out to help. We are first time pool owners and they took the time to teach us the most important thing in taking care of our pool. We went from green to clear blue in a matter of 3 weeks. I recommend this company by far. Thanks Scott and Amy

said he'd come by the next day...instead he called that same day and would it be okay to stop by...yes!...thought I had multiple problems...he easily corrected all, instructed me on some items...no charge..AND IT WAS POURING RAIN. Nicest guy (I'm a pool newbie. I so appreciate people who help me out instead of taking advantage) call him personally...770 468 4302

I hired him to install a Pentair Easy Touch system, Polaris Booster Pump, a new Pool pump an motor (Pentair super flow 2HP) I was supplying all the parts and plumbing and he was going to charge me 1000 $ for labor only. From first day I notice his lack of knowledge as I had to point out several things to him. Once he was done with the plumbing he comes back next day with another person and they noticed that that they have not properly plumbed the system. He had to come back and re plumb it again. He did not know how the system should be operated and we had to cal Pentair to help him out with the system. His attitude was awful. I would not recommend his services to nobody. All he was interested was money. I am also very disappointed at Homeadvisor for recommending him.
