Dispatch was prompt and got a technician out quickly. Technician was friendly and finished the job on the same day. Left the workspace clean and tested to make sure the dryer worked. 3 days later, the dryer stopped heating. The technician was able to come back, diagnose the problem, and fix it promptly.

APL's dispatcher was very helpful in getting a repairman to my house on the same day that I contacted the company. The repairman phoned to let me know when he would arrive and showed up on time. He exhibited technical skill in diagnosing and in fixing the problem with my clothes dryer. The job was made more difficult because the dryer is located in a very tight closet space, so the door had to come off to get the dryer out of the closet. I was most impressed with the efficiency, speed, and skill of the repairman. I would definitely contact APL for appliance repairs in the future.

The dispatcher was very helpful in getting a repairman to my house the same day I called. The repairman arrived on time. He exhibited technical skill in diagnosing and fixing my clothes dryer. In addition he cleaned up the area before leaving. I was very impressed.
