Write a ReviewAll great! Highly recommend.
Great customer service.
TheyĆ¢ re very good
Everything went very smoothly on both ends, and I think you again.
Great service, did the job same day as estimate.
OK, so we had to replace our water heater 14 months ago. Payless did the job. and it was fine. but yesterday there was a water leak. I saw that it was coming from the top flex pipe. I would have fixed it myself if I had not injured my ribs the day before. so I called payless, they came out and said it was a faulty flex pipe that they installed 14 months ago. but since it was over the 12-month Guarantee by a whole 2 months. that it will cost 260.00 for a faulty part that they installed! Now maybe technically the guarantee was expired. But, to me, a good and fair company would not have charged the customer for something like this. I have had 3 water heaters in my life and have never had any problems for at least 12 - 15 years. for them to say that it was a faulty part that they installed, you would think an honest and honorable company would take the hit, and not be putting it on the customer that already paid mucho $$$ for a new HWH just over a year ago. I know when I had my own company I would have taken responsibility and not charged the customer for the faulty equipment that I used. Also Chris the man I was talking to on the phone was not sympathetic at all. However, the tech Aldrin was. Anyways I expect a new HWH not to have any problems for at least 10 years. and for this to have a problem after only 14 months, I expect the company that I use to be honorable and do the right thing. this company did not.
I agreed to the installation at about 4:00 in the afternoon, and thought it wouldn't get done until the following day. But Evan called Juan, who agreed to come right over. He was here by 5:00 and had the work done by 7:30. In addition to the install, he removed the remnant of an old (40 years) solar water heater system. He left the area cleaner than it has been since I moved in (36 years). The city inspector inspector said it was an easy inspection ( no notes) on a "good, clean job". Thanks to both Juan and Evan.
Excellent experience. Purchased tankless water heater. Showed up on time, gave price options, worked with me to get good price, scheduled install, showed up on time. Juan did a great install job. Answered all my questions, offered good suggestions . Install was done on time and very professional service. Clean up after was perfect. Overall excellent service
Not put together well.
