Andrew was the first person and only person I spoke with regarding a window estimate. Although not a difficult install, in terms of flights to carry etc since i had a flat level and completed framing, I felt the overall price per window was reasonable given the size and height of my install, and what he honestly stated was the need to have other people present to carry and prevent injury. He was always responsive and good about scheduling. He was willing to arrive before or after normal hours to get the job done. He was quick and extremely responsive and willing to work with the customer to both provide value while at the same time earning a fair living. He took photos during and after the job, without being asked, and shared it with me- and provided his professional expertise and willingness to complete other aspects of the job. Professionalism is the ability to conduct business without interference. Professionalism is key to being considered at the next level in one's field. Andrew exhibited consummate professionalism, never telling me what he wasn't willing to do, but worked with me to determine how WE COULD DO.

The service was very good and the prices for the glass replacement were better than other vendors that I got estimates from so we ended up replacing 5 windows instead of just one!
