    I hired to replace balast in kitchen (3 replaced) and to paint front door (he did not think worthwhile). Was billed for 4 hrs work even though 1 hr was discussing possible future work and another hr he was gone to Home Depot to pick up materials. Total billed was nearly $500. Andre Ferre was to submit a quote to convert part of garage to a downstairs bedroom. After more than a week I am still waiting for the quote and rough plans as we discussed in detail while he was here.

    Andre knew right away how to fix my repair problems. He was courteous, very neat, knew exactly how to do the repairs and he will be the first one I contact if I have another repair problem. I will definitely recommend him to my friends.
