This was the worst experience. Hired them for a deep cleaning. They showed up an hour late. Cleaned (if you call it that) for an 1.5 hrs, but charged for 3.5 hours because they sent three people instead of two. I would not recommend. Lesson learned, if you want something done right, do it yourself!

Thank you for the compliment on the cleaning while we were there. You said it both smelled and looked great during our quality control check. In terms of tardiness, it was verbally stated as well in the cleaning agreement that we have arrival windows. In your case, an arrival of 11-1 is not that we will arrive at 11, but we will arrive between 11-1. We arrived at 11:30, which was within the arrival window. We confirmed arrival window with you and I'm sorry if there was confusion on it. I will review our process on explaining arrival windows and thank you for your input. In regards to charges, I am sorry you are still confused about labor hours. As explained and highlighted on our paperwork, we charge based on labor hours. So; 2 hours of work for 1 person, would equal 1 hour of work for 2 people. You did receive the correct number of labor hours, and I would love to help you do the math. Regardless of team size, the same amount of work will be getting done. In fact, usually more efficiently. The owner returns calls promptly and reviewed the job at our house thoroughly. She provided a detailed list of services and costs prior to the first cleaning. She has a crew to clean who are all insured. I have had them do a "top to bottom" initial cleaning which was the most thorough cleaning I have ever had for our house. I am having them monthly for cleaning now and would recommend A La Maid by Polly to anyone looking for a good and professional cleaning service.

Polly and the maids were prompt, got right to work and worked solidly the entire time for which they were hired. They even stayed longer to finish up a few things. We have searched and aside from a couple of cords that were detached in the cleaning and easily reattached, everything was sparkling! We have had terrible experiences in the past with another cleaning service (inadequate cleaning and drug theft) and our faith has been restored by Polly. They were terrific!

I did not shop around so cannot say whether they were priced right or not. The team was sent to do a post-construction clean and they did a great job. The house looked beautiful and sold within 5 days of being listed. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.
