Arben, has been very professional and timely. I definitely recommend having work done by AGI. He installed my deck within 2 weeks and it looks great! I will be rehiring his company for more work in the future.

Arben and his crew are a great team. We had our 19 year old wood deck replaced with clamshell grey trex with white railing. It was a pleasure working with him. He listened to our concerns and questions in which he and his team addressed each of them. Our deck came out beautifully and we cannot wait for a sunny day and a bit warmer weather to start enjoying the product of his (and his teams) hard work. We would definitely recommend him if you are looking to getting your deck done.

Arben was very easy to work with. His team did a beautiful job resurfacing our old wooden deck to trex and laying down paver stones for the landing. He also worked with me with last minute adjustments. This company does great work, they work fast, and pricing is fair. I will contact them again for additional work.

Arben was amazing. It is very difficult to find reliable people but in this case we found someone that you can trust and really count on. He was meticulous and a real craftsman. He build a beautiful deck and even replaced my fence door while he was here. The job was done in the blink of an eye. I have already passed along this gem of a person to a dear friend of mine and they are on their way with their project. I will absolutely continue to recommend and use him in all of my home improvements. Thank you Arben and the team. We need more people like you.

This guys are great and quick. They are very respecful and easy going. They really deliver what they told you to do.They replace my deck and they did a paver floor in my yard. Everything was done professionally. I do recommend them 100% to do any work in your home. I'm planning to call them again to do something else in the house.

Sloppy work and does not follow up.

We are totally dissatisfied with the work done by Arben and his workers (AGI Construction). If I could leave zero stars I would. At first Arben was pleasant and we agreed on a price and a timeline of about three weeks to install pavers on our driveway, our front walkway, redo our front steps and the sidewalk around our house. For the 1st week or so, his guys would come in consistently and it seemed like work was getting done, but we quickly learned his guys donâ t pay attention to detail. Then they stopped coming in consistently and his guys would come in only once or twice a week in the afternoon and would only do a little bit at a time, and then skip a week (when weather was good). Itâ s been 3 months already. Arben also provides terrible customer service. He would demand that we approve samples he just brought for the very next day even if we were unhappy with what was provided. First, he started with the steps which were decent enough but still had some issues which he refused to correct. He asked for an extra 1k for the steps which was provided. Then he demoed our driveway without having all the pavers ordered to start and when he finally started his guy was doing the wrong pattern. From the beginning we had agreed on a herringbone pattern it was only because we were there, that it was being corrected otherwise, they would have left it like that. Then Arben had the audacity to get upset when it wasnâ t the pattern we agreed on. Then instead of doing it the correct way he cut out these little pieces for the perimeter to fill in the pattern leaving uneven grout lines. The pavers are currently sinking already and need to be corrected. Once again, he refused to correct these issues and he also did not order all the pavers and curbs stones needed. Granted they were out of stock but he was paid for all the material in advance and will not provide the money back which is fraud. He did not even complete the driveway or start the walkway which was paid for. The columns for the walkway also had issues. you could literally shake them with your hands and they would move back and forth. Just imagine if there was a storm. He eventually corrected this a bit, but they still have flaws. Worst of all he started on the sidewalk, and he purposely brought the concrete on a day we knew it would be raining and the concrete was poured incorrectly. He admitted that it had a hardener that he hadnâ t ordered meaning that he couldnâ t detail the sidewalk. Even though he admitted that the issue was on his supplier side he still wouldnâ t repour or correct it. Iâ ve had multiple professionals state how horrible the sidewalk is, asking me â who did this?â Arben refuses to correct any of his work and because of that I told him that I cannot trust him to complete the rest of the sidewalk. He left the jobsite and does not answer calls back even though he has been paid in full. He refuses to reimburse me for the work that I now need to have corrected by someone else that was in his scope and for the material that heâ s has left to purchase but was paid for. Not only was the quality of the work horrible but when confronted with all the issues Arden threatened twice to destroy all the work that had already been done and paid for. My family and I had to be extra vigilant of our property because of his threats. When I told him he needed to correct his previous work before continuing, he refused, and does not answer any calls, and ran with the rest of our money. So, on top of his terrible work his customer service is truly appalling. I would not recommend his company to anyone and if by chance thereâ s attempt to deny this review is true I have photographic evidence, professional texts and emails back-and-forth, and quotes & statements from other contractors on how horrible the work was done. Please save yourself the hassle and look for another contractor.

Arben was great. He is responsive, worked quickly, great attention to detail, and pleasant guy. He built a beautiful small backyard deck for me, the job was completed 48 hrs after our initial contact! I would hire him again no question.

Met with Arben a few times before deciding to go with him. Glad I did. He rebuilt our deck from the ground up and we are pleased with the work he did. We have minor cleanup items to do after they left but overall a pleasant experience and we are happy with the end result so far. Thanks.
