Mr. Albert and his all of his workers were very professional, prompt and courteous

I hired this company to do a room addition in the restroom. He guaranteed me that he was the best and the lowest price for the job. I told him that he would have to finance the project because I was only going to pay after the work was done in segments. He agreed that he would work in this manner. He did the foundation, Framing, electrical hardwiring, roofing, windows, and doors. He told me that everything passed framing and electrical which I found out later that it did not. The work was terrible. The addition was not the same height as my house. The doors were not installed correctly. The framing was horrible. Everything he did had to be corrected. He asked me if I wanted to remove my metal roof and put shingles so that the whole house Would match the addition. I agreed to do the roof. I gave them half of the funds. His roofer was not available so we sent another roofer out.I agreed to give them half of the money upfront and the other half when the roof was completed. The roof for damage the trim on my house and the siding. The roof looked horrible and did not look like anybody else was with in the neighborhood it had multiple patterns when it came to the shingles. Besides the fact that the roof leaked. Albert the contractor told me that he would send his roofer over to look at it and he would fix it.Once his roofer told him that it would have to be a tear off and redo Albert decided that he wasn't going to be the one to lose any money so he told me I had to pay the other half of the roof or he was not going to finish the room addition. He basically abandoned the job. Never came back to finish anything after he collected the majority of the money for the project. His workers got drunk in my yard on a Friday The workers left a big mess throughout the property for months. I continuously had to clean up after these workers. The deadline to get the project finished was November. The project never got finished because Albert wanted the other half of the money for the roof so he could pay the plumber because Albert Kept spending the money that I was giving him to work on my house on another property. All the work that he did was done very poorly. He made it look like he was doing work correctly when in fact he was just making it look like it was completed so he could collect the money. This contractor is completely dishonest and will do whatever he can to make you believe that he is doing good work so that you will pay him. Do not hire this man. He stole my money. He did terrible work. He abandoned the job. He did not pull the correct permits And lied about whether the inspections were passed. He was supposed to have the project done in November and in January It was not done and he never returned. He never answered my calls he did not respond to any correspondence that I had sent him. He hires people that do not have the skills needed to do the job correctly. You will rarely see him except when it's time to collect the check. He will show

He is willing to work with me and provide options on how to remodel my house and providing details and other resources to help if needed.

I used them all time due to polite, very neat and prompt. They have done several jobs and did a great job.

Dependable, reliable, and hard workers!

This is the best experience I have ever had in hiring a business to perform a job for me. This company was extremely professional and kept us informed as to what they would do next, what time they would show up and do what they said they would do. In addition they cleaned up each day. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone.

Be ready to walk him through your project every time you meet with him. But will show up quick and on his own when ready to get paid. Never could get workers out here, but would tell us everyone was on stand by. Won't pull permits until your reported. Completed pouring of slab, left roof, plumbing and demo of chimney incomplete. Fired contractor and he dumped out roll off dumpster onto my yard (mind you this includes other garbage he brought from other projects and tore off siding from my house).

Communication is a big factor and they don't have it. The details are important. Didn't tell us of issues that had come up and I wasn't able to reach them for periods of time.
