These guys do not know how to properly do screens. They are basic handymen. The screens were poorly installed. The newly installed lock on the screen door does not work. It still does not lock. The screen panels started falling out after a week. They came back and used caulking to hold the cordage in place, very sloppily. I have never heard of using caulk to hold screen cordage in place. I called another contractor and he explained that the wrong cordage was used. Caulk should never be used. They tried 3 times to make the lock work with no success. They just don't know what they are doing. After the 3rd trip back and drilling holes in my brand new screen door, they said they were coming back to fix the lock. That was 2 weeks ago. Never heard from them again. Nice guys, just lacking the skills. If you need general labor, go for it, if you need skilled labor, pass on these guys.
