Very timely and professional company. Iâ m so glad I used home advisor to find them. After having 2 home estimates and then meeting Ryan., I knew that I wanted this company to lay the flooring, and I was not disappointed. The workers were timely, and hard working . I appreciate the attention to detail and the pride they have in their work. If youâ re looking to hire a company do lay flooring. Look no further. This is the beat company ever!!!

Ryan, the owner was on-site each day. The team of guys he had working on our project were hardworking, polite, and did a great job! We ran into some bumps with work that had been done by prior owners on the project and he was able to work right through and find a solution. VERY happy with the work, the service, and the finished product! We have other floorings that we will need to be done soon and I will be contacting Aereo to complete the work, hands down. I am not usually a person who is easy to please when it comes to home repair work, but this company did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them!

After 12 years we wanted to update our tile floors to rigid luxury vinyl wood plank flooring. Aereo Properties answered our quote Request quickly and with the best price than other companies. They came on time and were very professional and courteous. They wore masks to keep us safe and had a great work ethic. Ryan was always available for any questions and kept us informed of areas that will be worked each day. We had our kitchen, pantry, dining room, 2 bathrooms And 2 entranceways to do and all was done in less than a week! Everything looks great and they have a year warrantyâ if anything goes wrong they will come back out to fix. We were extremely satisfied with this company and we recommend them highly. Amazing work and super fair I couldn't be happier the crew was professional and did a fantastic job .The owner is so helpful with picking out material and is very responsive he always was available to talk.

Ryan and his team were excellent, and I feel like we got so lucky finding them. They did a small but cumbersome job with very high quality, punctuality, and customer service so pleasant my fiancee said it felt like he was in the twilight zone. When you're used t o halfway decent companies, Aereo was such a breath of fresh air. Ryan was a great communicator, I thought the price was fair, and they went out of their way to deliver a great finished product. We're about to move into a fixer-upper, and I have no doubt we'll be calling Aereo for remodeling.

Ryan and his crew were amazing. They were thorough, honest, fair, and my home looks absolutely beautiful. In addition to vinyl plank flooring throughout the entire house, they did paint, and some general repairs to help me finish my project. Ryan was knowledgeable, knew the answers to my questions, and had great suggestions. It is nice to find a contractor you can trust. Thank you! They were fairly priced, punctual courteous, friendly and the wok was top notch. Overall a smooth and easy process.
