During my annual A/C tune up it was discovered that there was mold growing in my A/C unit and of course the company that did the tune-up gave me a quote to clean the unit and install a UV light. He explained everything that needed to be done and also explained what did NOT need to be done. I accepted his offer and he was able to complete the task the next day.
