A.D.A Construction

Unskilled labor. Charge pro rates but are unable to look at a task at hand and determine what is needed. To make matters worse, A.D.A. Construction prioritize speed over quality, likely due to overcommitments. Project was done in 3 days but needed at least another day to be done right. Just a few examples of above: 1) Entrance doors When quoting they claimed no problem readjusting the frames to install the doors (doors were slightly smaller). When it comes time to install 1 door, they don't adjust the frame and simply hang the door and tear up the side of the jamb trying to add a strike plate. I wouldn't agree to $600 per door if it was that simple - I'd do it myself. 2) Corner Upper Porch Column Column wasn't level and they are installing a handrail. Pro would level the column install the handrail. Not these guys. See the photos for more details and examples. Unfinished caulking and excessive holes. Did not have all the tools needed and didn't use tools properly when provided.

This crew and workers did a wonderful job they arrived on time and completed the job quickly.

Erin and his team did a great job with siding replacement. It was not an easy job with two long chimneys and roof flashing. I had couple of contractors work on it who were unable to fix the issue. I am so glad I chose ADA construction to get my leak fixed. I will recommend for future.

A.D.A Construction did an amazing job on my deck. Ariel and his team demolished old railings, stairs and constructed installed new and improved ones. He was very professional, prompt and his price was fair.
