The person called me, he set up a date for the tenant, when he arrived he was supposed to spray all of the rooms for the price he gave me, he told me he only sprayed the kitchen and a small room and a hallway space because the other two people were sleeping and he didn?t want to disturb them so I asked him if I can have him come back because the price he gave me was depending on how many rooms, he told me to give it 2 weeks, tenant called me and ask when will the guy come back to spray so I called him twice 2nd time he starts asking me questions and then say for the tenant to call me I told him tenant doesn?t speak English and besides I?m the one who paid him in full supposedly for all of the rooms which he only did 2 ! He told me his time is precious and didn?t want to waste his time going! This is really very unprofessional, I had even asked him if he can just charge me just for the two rooms which he ignored my question, he said that I had a 6 month guarantee it?s not the point! I was very disappointed and dissatisfied! He never even called me back after I called him to follow up!

I used them for mice extermination. The technician arrived on time. He was thorough and took the time to answer questions and explain his work. The price was great. I would use Ace again and recommend them.

I am very happy with the service provided by A.C.E.Inc. The technician arrived on time to perform roach extermination. However, due to heavy clutter in all areas placed by the tenant, obstructing the free movement of the technician to get around to execute the duty, the job is done to the best effort and improved the roach situation. As soon as the tenant moved out with all the clutters removed three months later, A.C.E Inc promptly returned and redo the job with full scope and completely solved the pest issue. I love the service and the six months warranty provided by A.C.E. Inc. I will definitely hire A.C.E. Inc in the future or refer to my friends.
