No the work is not done. I hired them to fix my heater and it still blows cold air and now they are hard to get a hold of for them to come back out. Then I scheduled an additional service with them before this issue of my heater not being fixed and they charged me before the service was completed

We had Ace out recently to do our maintenance on our heater to get us ready for winter. The technician did a thorough inspection of our heating system and made sure everything was working properly and safety for the cold days up ahead! They also provided us with. Free filter! Canâ t beat that. I will definitely be recommending Ace to all of family and friends!

Ace helped us out when we were in a pinch! OurAC unit had went out, Ace was able to come out same day! Abe showed up to our home, ready to help! He was professional, courteous, and most of all HONEST, He explained the issue so we could understand it and made sure we were aware of the repairs he was making. The pricing was affordable and we had AC right after the repair! Thank you Ace, Abe and the customer service team for all of your help!

Had them come out to do service and was given an inflated price for parts and service needed. Had a second AC company come out and couldn’t find anything wrong except unit wasn’t put back together properly. If it had needed the repair quoted, their estimate was 3 times amount! Very disappointing and wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t be using them again!
