Oliver came out the same day and provided me with our options & they were back the next morning to install our new unit!

They have installed yet. No one does on the weekend. But he did show up as promised and tried everything to get it to start again. Of course it is the hottest weekend this year.

Very prompt, very respectable. The technician knew exactly what he was doing. Job was done in less than an hour and my system is working perfectly again!

There was no problem with my AC system, it was a clogged drain line. Drain line sensor shut down the unit. I was charged 375.00. It was 125.00 to knock on my door and then 250.00 to unclog the line, which took less than 10 minutes. $250.00 to do this? I would have a hard time calling them again.

They were perfect. Came the day I called, tested the system and fixed the problem. I couldn t ask for any better service. Once it was working he tested the whole system to be sure nothing else was wrong. IT WAS PERFECT!!!!!

They were quick to come out a few hours after they were called and were in an out in less than an hour. Unfortunately, there was still an underlying issue and they had to return the next day (no charge) and completely cleaned it out and it has been working wonderfully ever since.

Wow! Came to fix A/C same day. Technician wore a mask which I very much appreciated. Technician very smart and diagnosed/fixed issue in 30 minutes. It s been a long time since I was this impressed with a home service!

Honest recommendations from the technician. Never once tried to up sell us; which is rare in this type of industry. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service and experience with A/C Comfort Systems and will certainly be using them for our HVAC needs going forward.
