Michael is passionate about Radon Mitigation. He was very responsive in terms of confirming and maintaining his commitment to complete the required tasks. Inasmuch as Radon mitigation is not a new industry, I think it would help homeowners to explain the process from start to finish just to remove the guesswork. Also I think that prospective customers should be presented with purchase options and written contracts for work performed. Not everyone likes to use checks to make transactions. In that manner, the expectation is established in writing.

The project was explained as procedure, function of system. Placement was chosen after arrival on jobsite and discussed with owner before proceeding. Owner was in hurry, no mention of contract was made and we met all obligations to owner in timely matter with a result post-reading of 1.1 which is very good level.
