Totally awesome service. Was able to get inspection and repairs for a very reasonable price and same day that I called which was very valuable and probably saved damage and more costly repairs.

Extremely professional and courteous, a good value for the money. They showed up on time and did a great job on our dryer vent that hadn't been cleaned in fifteen years. The wife and I were extremely pleased with their service! THANK YOU !!!!!

I was under the impression that there was just one guy who ran the company and did all the cleanings. It turned out another "contractor" came to appraise my situation and do the work himself. Of course, he said ALL my ducts were REALLY BAD and needed cleaning. Maybe they did. That was why I called. However he tracked black soot all over my carpet (blaming it on the dirt in my chimney getting on his shoes---well, duh). I had also asked him to switch two of the vent ducts from room to room. When he didn't do this, and I asked him again, he said they didn't do that for free---and wanted an EXTRA $10 on top of the $500+ I was spending.
