An appointment time was selected online and confirmed by owner. Two days ahead appointment was rescheduled by owner for different time. Once selected we made it clear we could not tolerate tardiness due to our commute time. They we're 30 min late for first appt. HOWEVER, the house was cleaned beyond our expectations and they we're excellent! We will try a second appointment.

The owner and her son were very professional, nice, and were flexible. I was in a bind because the previous business I scheduled for cleaning never showed up. So I had to hire another service due to my emergency. So, Home Cleaning helped me out. I was able to make my payment online, which was a huge plus.

They were very nice. The only reason I didn't give them all 5 stars is because they were 40 min late to the appointment and forgot to clean inside of the drawers and cabinets. But I would still use them again if I needed to, I would just remind them again what services I need.
