Reviews
Write a ReviewDON'T USE THIS PLUMBING SERVICE!! To make a long story short, Rick sent Josh to do a job in the beginning of December. It's the middle of March now and still haven't heard back from Rick. We paid 5,200 dollars. Something wasn't right and water was backing up in the sink now. The ground has been very dry for weeks and the water still won't drain properly. Rick never came by to see what went wrong and won't return any calls. This speaks volumes! He does NOT guarantee his work or the guy he sends out. If it's something he can't handle fixing then he will ignore you. This is the attitude of a back yard plumber not a professional. I will retract this review if Rick ever does decide to come and see what Josh did or didn't do that caused the problem of water backing up into our kitchen sink now. I have a feeling Rick just doesn't care!! So if you still see this review then go with another plumber.
Rick gave me a 30 minute arrival time window, arrived a few minutes into it, and had the work done quickly and was very informative about it. He cleaned the area after he was finished. I will call him whenever I need a plumber and recommend him to others.
We scheduled online for a following day appointment, but he called & came later that same day. Very satisfied.
Very professional, communicated any issues and cleaned up after their work was completed. Arrived on time.
Rick was professional and clearly understood the project to be completed. Coordinated well with me to understand and schedule the work. Rick is the type of contractor that is about the work and its thoroughness rather than trying to impress you with unnecessary information. His knowledge of the equipment and work ethic demonstrated that he was a professional. I would use him again without question.
He called almost immediately and came by same day. I didn't have a leaking water main but my other house does and he will fix that but I HIRED HIM to do anther plumbing job I had been wanting done and he came back at the appointed time & day and spent 5 hours doing an absolutely fantastic job! looks like on HGTV! He went the extra mile. I will get him back to do more as I am remodeling this house. He was reasonable for the work he did. I am glad I called! Very friendly and tells you what he is doing. A very interesting person.
Couldn't ask for a better plumber ! Rick showed up long before any other plumber could, was efficient, he asked me to take pictures of the parts I had, so that he could get the new ones before he came to do the work ! He was quick and took the time to explain everything, which most people wouldn't...and he had a great sense of humor ! He was so good that we asked if he would come back and do more work, so he definitely will be our "go to guy" from now on. Thanks Rick !
Fast reply..fast service
Came the next day, on time and efficient. I would use them again.
Repairman was on time. Not a people person. Did not keep me up to date as he worked. Took about 90 minutes to repair toilet. So far it seems to be OK. Thought the rates were a little steep. Plan on buying my own repair manual.
I spoke to the customer when I arrived. He showed me where the toilet was, and explained the problem to me. I began working, the customer returned to the living room and sat down. I was unaware he wanted me to keep him up to date. This was not a simple toilet repair like the review makes it sound. I had to remove the toilet, and I noticed the floor flange was broken, also the screws used to mount the flange were rusted and stripped out. I had to basically drill out all the screws so I could remove the old flange. Then I had to remount a flange and reset the toilet. I charged $150 for parts and labor. I was there about an hour and a half.
