ABC Foundation Repair Specialist, LLC

Do not hire this company. They are liars. I had the work done in Feb, and in May I started remodel on a bath room. When we took the floor up, they had used wood to ground contact and just stacked a bunch of boards up instead of using concrete pier. Then as I moved to other rooms, the house is not level. This was very bad work. I called them to come fix it, and they stood me up and I have not heard from them since. The sales person is Chris Rock, and he has not even returned my calls. I was told I would get a third party engineer report, and I have ask for it numerous times, but no available. They are crooks! I am a retired senior, and they till screwed me.

I hired them to repair my foundation. The crew that came are did the work was nice and courteous. They had to remove bushes to get the work completed which was fine, but just left them in my yard when they were finished. Anything they had to move was just left without replacing the items when the work was finished. I was told they would come back and pick the items up are replace the moved items, but 1 month later they are still where they left them. It is been a month and I still have not received any paperwork or warranty paperwork for the job. And no one seems to return calls unless they need to collect money. Overall the customer service seems nonexistent unless they want to book the job and collect money.

Make sure everything is done and completed before paying. If you pay them ahead time you do not here from them afterward and not sure if the work is done properly. Also you do not get the warranty information for the job. They are unprofessional. UPDATE: After months of not responding to me, I filed what complaint, then they resolved the issue complaints

So far they have not followed through with agreements and final details to get the goal of the job accomplished. Do not return calls of concern. Seem to not even explain job expectations/result requirements to workers. Communication from company management is lacking a lot. If this gets taken care of to satisfaction, I will add end results to this review, good or bad!

Immediately after starting the project the owner asked for a 70% increase in the contract price with no clear explanation. I think they are liars.

They did an excellent job, explained everything well and gave me a good summary of what they were gonna do on the job.

We had an excellent experience working with Clay and ABC. Our home required 18 piers, as well as a sewer line repair due to foundation cracking. All work was completed as scheduled in spite of some bad weather. We highly recommend ABC Foundation without reservation.

We had a fantastic experience with Clay And his team. They completed the work in two weeks and installed 70 piers on our 1920s pier and beam home and leveled our porch. They were very careful to ensure everything was brought up to code, and the house was properly secured and in place with concrete piers. I highly recommend ABC for foundation work. They were super professional.
