    Not the same company that it used to be from my experience. The owner worked on our dishwasher, could not fix it, did not put the suspected broken parts back on the dishwasher and claimed he left them inside of it. Another company came to diagnose the issue and realized 2 critical parts were completely missing and could not do anything. I am now stuck with a dishwasher missing parts that cant be repaired or diagnosed and the owner refuses to acknowledge responsibility for the missing parts even though he was the only one to even touch them. I received a weak sorry and now no responses back from the owner about replacing those missing parts. The appliance was left worse off than when they came to fix it and he is passing blame and accountability on to me. The office staff tried to tell me that the issue could still be diagnosed without the missing Control Board. The owner will not respond now and has left us high and dry.

    Travis was exceptional! He was on time, respectful of property, communicated well, worked fast. The appointment was only two days after I called and that was only because I was not available the next day. My repair was done in one visit for a fair price. The service call charge was applied to the total charge. I had called one other repair service who had done warranty work for me recently, but they could not come for a week, would not apply service charge to related repairs, and their baseline quote was higher than my total charge from A Appliance. I would call them again if I needed appliance repair.

    Prompt response. Travis knew exactly what was wrong with the dryer. He had the part on his truck and was able to complete the repair very efficiently. Pricing seemed fair.

    7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
