It was a bit bumpy in the beginning…I was almost to the house to meet the tech when I decided to call the office for confirmation. The house is 90 minutes away from me. The office lady said she wrote my phone number down wrong and wasn’t able to get in touch with me to re-schedule. She had my phone number on previous conversations so I don’t know what happened. The next week I was almost at the house AGAIN when I tried to confirm with the tech AGAIN what time he would be there but I was not able to reach him after six attempts. I called the office lady AGAIN and she wasn’t able to reach him either. She promised I would be his first appointment on Monday. Thank goodness he showed up at the appointment time! He did a fabulous job in the tub. It looks brand new! And it only took about an hour. It was frustrating having two appointments fall out AFTER I had driven almost 90 minutes, but the work was excellent. I would recommend this company to others and have already done so. But I would caution that it might be frustrating getting the appointment coordinated.

I hired Richard to resurface my bath tub on 4/03/19, he did a terrible job, I called Richard about the problem, he has made appointments then he does not show the tub was blue and he painted it white, you can still see the blue, did not clean the debris properly under the paint, scratches in the tub, the paint has runs in it, I was even given a written warranty

The men who did this job were wonderful. They were very professional and it was a pleasure to have them here. In addition to doing a beautiful job on the tub, they alerted me to a gas leak in my heater and I had PGE come out immediately - there were a number of improvements PGE made that I would not have known to do had these wonderful guys not brought it to my attention. They were great with my dogs, kind, very VERY good at what they do and a joy to do business with.

My 30 year old acrylic/fiberglass tub had a crack and started to leak! When I talked with Rick by phone, I told him I just wanted it repaired, nothing fancy. He suggested they could resurface only the floor of the tub, which would repair the crack and a few other future looking cracks. This was less expensive than recoating the entire tub. They also drilled some holes and sprayed in insulation beneath the tub to support it. This was done on the date we scheduled, efficiently and professionally. They added a slight slip-resistance texture to the surface. The finished job looks great; perfect color match (white). The only difference we notice is a (slight) hump in the tub floor which is new. But that will be fine when we get used to it. The cost was much less than if I'd replaced the tub. This company has been in business 30 years, and they have practical knowledge and skills to deal with unusual conditions. Overall, very good experience.

Fantastic experience with Rick. He did a terrific job refinishing my bathroom sink/vanity that was a mess! I had tried to paint it myself with disastrous results. Rick to the rescue! He sanded it all down and painted it with a gorgeous shiny white finish. It is beautiful now. And the price was very reasonable. Thank you to a great contractor! i highly recommend Rick.
