They were able to send someone out the same day to assess the job and it was completed the following day. I was more interested in getting the job done right away than in comparison shopping for best price, so I donâ t know how their price compares to others. Customer service in their office was very pleasant and efficient, except they charged my card for both initial and final payments when I had told them that the card was only for the initial payment and that I would pay by check for the remainder. I would definitely consider using them again. Next time if job is less urgent, I would shop for a good price, but if A1rKare Pros price is in same ballpark as others, Iâ d choose them.

They called me immediately and said a service tech would be out the following morning at 6am. At 5:58 am, the tech was at my front door and immediately diagnosed the problem.

The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because I had a service window scheduled for 5pm-7pm and by 6:30pm no one had called to update me that the technician was extremely busy and got delayed, so the technician wasn't going to be able to come out until the next morning. I understand being very busy during a heat wave, I just wish someone would have kept me updated so I knew what to expect.

They fixed the problem immediately and did not try to sell me an entire AC unit. Would definitely use them again.

They showed up the same day, albeit at 8:30 in the evening, when my other handy man messed up the job. It was still 82 degrees outside so we were dying.
