He came in and was honest that there was nothing he could do about frozen pipes deep in the walls except sit and wait to see if they burst in the thaw. He advised me what to do if they did burst (including call him) while I was waiting for him to get there.

Arrived 2 and 1/2 hours early, I explained I needed them to wait until my appointment time as I needed the floor area replacement completed before they reinstalled the tub. In short I was told I would be charged for the entire time because they didn't do this kind of work. He didn't want to stay to complete the job, wanted to knock off early. Other service men came by to visit but ultimately I had to pay almost 400 for a 1 hour job. Service guy had an attitude and said his dispatch attendant was new and had no idea what she was doing.
