I searched high & low for someone to fix an ongoing problem with my washing machine, and Martin was the only one willing to take it all apart and figure out why it wasn’t working properly. Another tech had already been out, couldn’t figure it out and gave up. Martin was friendly, fast, and fixed the problem for us. He even came back the next day to replace another part he noticed was wearing out when he was fixing the other issue. He will definitely be my appliance guy from now on!
It was a great experience and I will definitely call Martin again when the next problem arises!!

He installed the dishwasher but did not turn it on to check to make sure it ran. It has not worked correctly. The error is water tap which according to Bosch is three items, water pressure, not the issue. A kinked hose could be an installation issue or block filter.
Customer paid for installation only. said item was new then turned out to be a scratch and dent purchase. needed parts to install which I went out of my way to acquire. told customer I could return to diagnosis the dish washer if she wanted to pay fee. also water line installed was braided steel covered highly doubtful that it was a hose issue.
The guy does not returns his calls, he does not follow up and he is irresponsible. Do not believe what he says. He does not have the equipment to test all the parts. My refrigerator still does not work. He does not know the business. Analysis with no results.
This customer wanted to argue with my diagnosis on fridge after he had ordered parts he thought was wrong with it and tried to change said parts. he paid to diagnosis fees for two appliances and a single labor fee. as far as communication I was messaging with customer promptly until he would not let me do my job!!
