Update: Since I left the review below, 911 Flood Pros sent someone to my home to remove the debris they left behind, and repair the holes left in my floor. Based on the finished job, I changed my rating on the quality of their work from 1 to 5. 911 Flood pros left my home indicating they would return to review with me the status of the project and remove/clean up the debris. Instead, I received a final bill, without the follow-up promised. This 3-day project was initiated on October 26. It is now 11/18/2021 and I still do not have access to the bathroom to the area in which mold remediation was to occur (I am an immunosuppressed heart transplant patient) and cannot enter the area until the debris is removed. I hired this organization based on the recommendations of other users, but for me, this is the stereotypical contractor experience I sought to avoid.

Good Morning Gigi, We did email you on Friday asking if you would like us to provide an estimate for repairs. The initial estimate included just the mold remediation in the bathroom. We did explain this to you, we also did not charge for the extra work we did for the mold remediation. In an case we are still here to assist I just need a response as to how you want us to handle the repairs as we do not have that estimated nor a work authorization for this. Chris and his team were a god send. Our rental property is in San Diego & we live in Las Vegas. He was instrumental in getting the work done in a very timely matter and as cost effective as possible. His crew was punctual, clean and respectful of our tenant. I can't say enough good things about him, his team and his services. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This company was awesome to work with! They were responsive, did a great job and really understood the importance to us of getting the damage fixed as soon as humanely possible. I would recommend them highly.
He's worked for me and done amazing things! Goes above and beyond to satisfy customers. Has a wide variety of skills too, and I'm always hearing great things from customers that I've referred him too. Only guy I'll call for this kind of work.
