Jesse was unbelievably fabulous! He came by 4 times (with no extra trip charge) to fix the garage motor - starting with the least pricey option - until it became apparent our 30 year old motor had to be replaced. He credited the $225 ($125 labor for the first visit (and no charge for other 3) and $100 for 2 universal remotes) from his first visit to the $499 price of the motor. Timothy Murphy called me immediately after I posted my information and came over immediately and saw I needed two springs. He left and got the correct sized springs. Came back at the time he told me he would be here. He was very professional and his work was excellent. I am pretty fussy and I highly recommend this company.

Showed up when said, took time to explain when I had questions. Was a bit careless, dropped heavy metal spring on garage floor and chipped it, forgot to tighten 2 nuts , no biggie though, took me 30 seconds to do. Will work with you on cost if purchasing a new door. Overall would recommend. Thought pricing was fair.
