Wow. I cannot say enough great things about this company. Premier Contracting Service in Mishawaka, IN impressed us with their knowledge and great understanding for what it was we wanted. Not only did they do a fantastic job on our driveway, garage floor and patio, they took what we asked for and made it look even better than we expected. Their expertise was evident in their work from the beginning, from making the plans to the small little touch ups at the end. After seeing the amazing job they did on the concrete work, we asked if they could build a front porch on our home and add new siding. They showed us some siding samples and even gave us some other ideas to make the home really stand out, like trusses and stone, something we absolutely love but would not have thought of. They were all very friendly, efficient, coordinated and their attention to detail was remarkable. They left our site clean and the results were outstanding. After having a few estimates done by other general contractors before starting, I truly can say I made the right decision choosing Premier Contracting Services. Not only does my house look amazing, it is like we have a whole new home. We are so happy with the results. I highly recommend them and will be using them for other home projects in the future.

Premier Contracting Services was incredibly responsive and helpful. They explained what was done on the job, and gave me helpful advice regarding other areas of my siding.

Matt and his crew were top notch. This was not an easy project. We had a vehicle drive through the front of our building with lots of hidden damage. They took the time to inspect everything and took no shortcuts. The project involved steelwork, framing, electrical, drywall, flooring, and paint. A beautiful result!!! Thanks Premier!!!

All right, so I am not the type to write reviews, this is special. I have now used PCS to help me through four projects, which were beyond my “DIY” abilities. I am so thankful I found a company with professional staff, dependable services, and able and willing to help you through the process of turning an idea into an actual functional reality. No matter your creativity, PCS is there to guide you through your various options, and is honest about what materials, designs, processes, etc. will be best in the long run, and explaining why. The coolest part is they don’t try to upsell you on stuff you don’t need. PCS is just reliable, while being easy going and approachable. Thanks to PCS, my family has an expanded outdoor poured concrete patio with modern pergola, trendy new decorative indoor accent walls, a massive built-in entertainment center, the coolest loft-built in bed, and even more. This company literally does it all, electrical, framing, concrete, painting, finishing, demolition. PCS has the right tools, and technologies to get the job done, efficiently and PCS has earned my loyalty, no matter the indoor or outdoor project. Highly recommended.
