We hired 5280 for plowing and shoveling winter of 2019-2020. They did a excellent job. They were punctual, great communication, easy to get a hold of either by phone or email and over all took very good care of us! We have signed another snow plow contract with 5280 and appreciate their great work.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Avoid this place at all costs. The owner Carlos failed to complete the job at my home after a concrete pour and promised he would come back another day to finish lowering my grass (the grass is currently higher than my concrete). After several conversations, he instead offered me a reimbursement of $250 for the work he failed to complete, which I agreed to. Today was the day when he was supposed to deliver the cash, and when I called to see when he would be dropping by he laughed and said *I will never be coming by to pay you...* then hung up. Carlos is a con man, and completely dishonest. I would recommend you save your time and money and instead deal with a reputable company that has integrity. If you are reading this Carlos...keep your $250 it seems you need it far more than I do, especially if you were willing to trash your company reputation over it. UPDATE 5/08/2020: After several conversations, Carlos sent me the money.

I hired 5280 to blow out my sprinklers this fall and they were able to quickly schedule an appointment and come do the job. They were affordable, came on time and got the job done. Thanks!
