Showed up and fixed what i thought was a complex problem in like 5 minutes.

The technician Ryan was the determining factor in why I chose this company. His honesty and willingness to answer my questions and to expedite. Getting this job done due to the fact that I had new renters that had been without hot water for over a week. ! He listened to my concerns and responded accordingly . This is a fantastic company. We had one hose bib broken from the fall and another that had burst and had since been capped off. They repaired both and improved the pitch as well as other code specific additions like a shut off valve. Very professional, easy to work with and provided very clear explanation of what was being done. Also provided a quote and the price was very fair. Thank you Spartan!

The plumber came, made an offer for the work, accepted it and he got the work done the same day. He did an excellent job.

Friendly, polite and prompt. House water was back up and running in 12 hours of a pipe burst. Came back to fix the rest of the issues the next day.

Spartan responded quickly thru text and over the phone. Like every other plumber I contacted they wouldn't give quote over the phone. They sent out Matt to look the job over and give me a quote. The work was for under the kitchen sink - 1) cap off existing wall drain pipe (too high with new 10" sink) 2) hook up the dishwasher water line to the garbage disposal and 3) connect the existing dishwasher wall disposal drain (low enough to use with 10" sink) to the garbage disposal. Matt arrived within 2 hours of first contact on a Sunday. His quote was competitive with other plumbers but I considered it too high for what he had to do. Matt did give me a senior and Marshal fire discount and that lowered the price to an acceptable level. Matt did the work quickly and was done in an hour. He did a nice job and tucked the new plumbing towards the back of the sink cabinet - out of the way. Everything was fine. Based on what plumbers charge these days - I want to be a plumber in my next life. (That's a joke)

I've used Spartan Plumbing over the last year on several projects from big to small. Their prices are reasonable and comparable to other companies. For more complex projects they have knowledgeable master plumbers when needed. The office staff does a good job at communicating and the technicians show up for the appointment on time. They did a great job on this last more complex issue to continue until the problem was resolved and the repair was completed.
