4 Seasons was wonderful. I hired them only 2 days prior to the job & they still were able to provide help. Nick & Eduardo worked very hard packing everything with no break. They were very nice & professional! I will not hesitate to hire 4 Seasons again. I will request Nick & Eduardo again. They are the best!!!

The Foreman who came to bid the job was pleasant, competent and Spoke English. He assured me of a quality move. The next day He was not there and the substitute foreman spoke very little English and would barely look me in the eye. I had asked that all boxes be labeled as to destination before being sealed. We had about 50% of the boxes labeled and another 15 % of the boxes mis-labled. Six boxes had damaged items in them when done. 3 additional boxes full of 65 different fasteners in open trays were packed upside down leaving over 20,000 fasteners in a mixed up pile at the bottom of the boxes. Apparently the staff knew this but did not bother to tell me, I found out during unpacking. :( A number of items were simply left behind in several rooms and spaces. It took me 2 weeks to move the items they did not move including some appliances which we will hire another mover to move. When asked about the items, Four Seasons simply replied **It is your fault, it is your responsibility and we have no liability**. Most of the issue was lack of a competent foreman to direct and QC the other movers, With 7 movers and 2 trucks the move was rough, incomplete and unpacking was made to be much harder than necessary. They will move you but beware of HOW they move you! Staff was pleasant oversight and quality control was minimal and inadequate. We are looking for another mover to complete the move this week.

Annie the owner was great during the whole moving process.. Detailed the process and kept us informed on what needed to be done and the cost.. Manny and his crew were very efficient and took great care of our furniture and needs.. I would recommend Four Seasons Movers highly! 5 star!

great customer service! Also, the guys who moved me were friendly, knowledgeable and very careful with my furniture and boxes. I would definitely hire them again.
