I really liked the owner who provided the estimate. However, that was the only good experience i had. I was recommended to have 2x month services for first 2 months, then monthly afterwards. The service technician arrived for the first appointment and no one ever returned. The first appointment was on October 16th. In mid November, i called and left several messages as well as multiple emails asking for when someone would return to continue services. No response until December when i received an email response from the owner. He asked if there was anything they could do to keep my services. I replied that if they were able to send someone out within the next week, I would stay with their company. No one came out at all and no other responses. In October my lawn had some weeds and needed help, as of today December, because i was waiting for their second service, the weeds become overgrown and much of the lawn died and will need to be re-sodded. It is so sad that there are businesses out there who only seem to care about getting that first payment. I paid my online bill the same day i received it to ensure that they knew i was a reliable customer. Once i paid, no one showed up to provide the second service and it seemed they were basically done with me. Unfortunate experience. I would not recommend this company because as of today, I have lost $60 for their first service, i will not need to spend money on putting new grass and start a new service with another company. A complete waste of $60.
