I had a great experience with the crew over at 3rd Coast Developer. Johnny came out to do a consult to install a metal fence and gate at my business. I. was even able to tweak the design to more of my liking. Installation took couple hours. Quality exceeded my expectation. Will definitely be using them again!

Johnny and Jonathan both were great in communicating every steps along the way. I had quotes from multiple vendors but 3rd coast beat that by at least 20% without compromising quality. I recommend this company to everyone who are looking for metal gate installation. I am sure their other services would be as good as gate installation. Thank You John and Johnny.

Johnny was efficient personable and on the job right away... I got tired of being put on back burner by other company and went with him... the install went smoothly, done in no time and price was competitive and also way under some other bids...

John came out late at night to inspect the job, introduce himself, walk through the project, etc. etc. and couldn't have been more professional and kind. He and his team came out less than 72 hours later for the install and did a fantastic job. The gate looks great and was done for a very reasonable price. 3rd Coast did an excellent job installing a gate opener and repairing my iron fence that was leaning. Outstanding customer service and communication. They showed up when they said they’d show up and did the work they said they’d do all for a very reasonable price. I couldn’t be more pleased.
