My roof leaked before he came, and my roof leaked much worse after he completed job. I had to hire another roofer to assess and complete job. The new, competent roofer said that the job was done poorly and actually allowed water to be trapped under shingles to leak inside. No roofing glue was used. In addition, neither Travis Mulder, nor his worker cleaned up well. Gutters were stuffed with old shingle remnants and so was the lawn. DO NOT HIRE. Also, the new roofer did the job for half of Mr. Mulder's bid. Three Trades roofing has awful ratings on the BBB. I now need to hire a drywaller to come replace ceilings and retuxture my walls. Awful.

Travis was polite and professional when he came out to do an estimate and to do the job. He told me that to fix my roof it would be $500-600 for an hour of work. When he came out the following week, it only took about 30 min. and he quoted my husband the top price of $600. My husband told him we had discussed $500. We paid him $500 and he never gave us an invoice or a receipt. When asked for an invoice, he e-mailed us one that nigh. He never provided us with a receipt for the money we paid him in full to do the job. I e-mailed him and asked him to send us a receipt showing we paid him $500 on 5/5. It's 5/10, still no receipt. Not feeling good
Response from Company:
The Invoice that was emailed should have a BIG paid stamped on it. I have never been asked for a reciept in the last 12 years Ive been in this trade. I quoted the repair at $600, and estimated it to take about an hour. It's actually a good thing the job didnt take that long. When your husband asked how much I told him I quoted it at $600. He told me he only had $500. Id say all in all it was pretty fair, I still did the same amount of work, in less time and left $100 short of what I quoted. If the Invoice doesnt have the stamp on it please let me know.
