I really appreciate that Darrell and his wife Jenny came to help me with a leaking water heater on a Sunday!! It was not a great feeling to realize that I needed a new water heater pronto! So I got on Angi and began fielding the calls. 3D plumbing came out within a couple hours, replaced the water heater. They discovered I needed new parts to connect the flex lines and they went and got those and finished the job. I really appreciated that. Their pricing was competitive and rates were about the same as the other estimates I received. Having Jenny there was great becuz she explained so many things to me while her husband did the work. I actually learned some important info! The only thing I found a bit off putting was that when the job was done, Darrell went off into his truck without saying a word in parting. He didn?t say thanks, goodbye, it?s done, here?s what u need to know, or Anything. Granted his wife did. But it left me w/a bit of an odd feeling. I?ll likely use them again.

Where do start. Some of the nicest and knowledgeable people. Very professional and they do quality work. Darrell was our tech and he is spot on. Jenn in the office was top notch. Couldn’t ask for a better company. Will get all of our business in the future. Wish I could give them 10 stars!

I called first thing in the morning...they were here within hours. Did a great job on the water heater so I added a few more things that I had been putting off. Professional, helpful and even gave some maintenance suggestions. I'm keeping his card for future jobs and referrals.

I would like to highly recommend Darrell with 3D Plumbing... Fast phone response then Darrell was at my door assessing my situation in no time. We chatted on the phone a bit then he came prepared with options. I asked questions and there was no pressure. I felt he really listened and brainstormed solutions for my particular situation. Before I could blink he had picked up everything needed from the store and it was out with the old and in with my new cute water heater! :-)) He took the time to make sure I knew what gas smelled like since I could not tell if I had had a leak. And he showed me how all the new features worked. As a side note to the ladies: I was alone in the home with Darrell and felt completely comfortable and safe. Zero weirdness. A true gentleman and just a good kind person! Enjoyed our conversation throughout the repair and he shared some great tips as I am new to Texas. Darrell turned what had been a miserable experience of losing hot water when it is cold outside into a pleasant endingâ ¦ So thankful I chose 3D Plumbing!
