Lorna from 360 Painting is an amazing project manager and exceeded my expectations.

360 Painting was great to work with. Lorna (the owner) helped me make color decisions and clearly knew what she was talking about related to trim and contrast. The crew worked efficiently and completed the work after a few days of dedicated time (I had the entire exterior of the house painted, including the trim. There was adequate supervision, and very good value for money. I'll be asking them for another quote in the future when I turn my attention inside. I also like the idea of working with a woman-owned business.

After researching and meeting several companies, we retained 360 Painting DC late summer 2022. From the beginning, Lorna Kerr showed up prepared, knowledgeable, and confident her team could handle the job. She was responsive, engaging and made us feel like our project was priority. And, she had excellent recommendations when we were grappling with our final colors. 360 transformed our home into a beautiful, calm, oasis â inside and out. Neighbors often tell us we have the best looking house on the block. And, we still drive up and feel happy when we see the difference. We hired 360 to paint the external of our house including the deck. There was much to do â wood to remove, materials to replace, random nails, etc. yet Lornaâ s team never complained and always had solutions. We were so impressed with the work in progress that we asked Lorna if we could extend our contract and have her 360 team manage our interior paint projects. Again, Lornaâ s counsel on our color indecisions was brilliant and helpful. We had several rooms painted, a large mirror removed from a wall, and a tough baseboard project to tackle along the way. Our interior spaces were completely transformed. We are loving it. We highly recommend 360 Painting DC. The team is lovely â hard working, professional and engaging. We miss them! Lorna is exceptional in her leadership and client management.

The 360 team was very professional and did a great job. Their president Lorna was a great help with decision making and and in supervising the project and the end result is terrific! I highly recommend 360 DC and would give them a "10" if the system permitted.

Good work, very quick to respond to any issue, and able to deal with problems beyond painting.

They are agile. When I saw I had an additional job for them, they managed to do it on the spot, thus saving me a boatload of aggravation.
