Paid 4 a AC tune up 3 months ago through my home warranty and nobody never showed up or returned my phone calls.

Hi Travis! First, I want to apologize for our failure to meet your service expectations. I also want to clarify that the warranty company does not pay us until we complete the work,, so when you cancelled your work order with the warranty company, they should have issued a refund for the amount you paid. If you did not get that refund, I would be happy to contact them and let them know we were not able to perform your service so the refund will be issued. Although I don't like making excuses for our failures, I feel you are owed an explanation. Your original work order came in just days before my father passed away. And, even though I tried do stay in contact with our customers and we tried to stay on top of everything, your work order did get lost. That was my fault and I apologize. When you called in July. We were actually in Augusta, GA because my father-in-law passed away on July 13th. I got your message, but before I was able to reply, I saw the order had been cancelled. I realize that the explanation doesn't change the fact that we failed to provide your service, I hope you can understand how the circumstances led to our failure. I would like to offer you a complimentary maintenance or service diagnostic visit to use anytime between now and the end of the year. You can use this visit for AC maintenance, if you still need it, or you can use it for fall furnace maintenance. If you want, you can also use it for a service /diagnostic visit If you have a breakdown. Please give us a call and let us know how you intend to use the visit so we can get you on the schedule, or note your account with a credit towards a future visit. 812-204-6767 Again, I am very sorry that 2 Morrows was not able to meet your service expectations and hope you will give us the opportunity to make up for it in the near future.
