The only reason I did not give Michael the lowest ratings in every category is that he did send guys to fix the leaking doors they installed...5 different times. He was so apologetic too and offered us a partial refund for the inconvenience. Looking back I should have accepted but I told him it was not necessary, I just wanted my doors not to leak when it rained, just like now. My problem is he had to send people 5 times to fix problems that still are not fixed. He personally never came out after the first trip either, even after requesting him to do so. I truly hope my experience is an anomaly for this company as I see everyone else has given glowing reviews...but after drying up 4 full towels worth of water from my door that is now only 3 months old and was supposedly fixed 5 times in total, I am just a bit annoyed. So, a heads up to everyone that reads this. If Michael replaces your exterior doors with French doors and you so happen to have a problem, please accept a refund if he offers. I truly wish Michael and his company the best of luck going forward, but I would never recommend his crew to install exterior doors. Would love to upload photos here! **Update 3/23/2021: We had our door replaced again by another company a few months back. The door works great and no leaks through several falls of snow and rains. The contractor did not have to add anything Michael suggested to me either. Please also note that Michael said he would give a full refund (in his initial response) for the work, which still has not happened and was not brought up when Michael reached out to us after I posted this review.

Very professional and efficient. Excellent work done on removal of an old sidewalk and filling in excavated area with dirt, seeding, and laying down stray. I would definitely contact Michael and his crew again for work at my home.

My crawl space had mold & water draining in the crawl space. They dug curtain drains, redirected the gutter drain-off & installed a moisture barrier to remedy the problem. Also, addressed other issues as they were discovered. Mike is honest, professional, reasonable, personable, makes sure the job is done right. Jose, the project manager, & crew are super to work with & pay attention to detail, always leaving the job site neat. I highly recommend this company for whatever your home needs. Flo Lewis
