Write a ReviewI called Angi on June 10 to request a repairman to fix Sybil Gearhart's old refrigerator. Angi recommended 24/7 Appliance Services (Calvin House Jr.) to do the job and Aaron from 24/7 called me a few minutes later to set up for Leo (the technician) to stop by the next day. Leo came on June 11 and found the used part from someone online. He looked at the old refrigerator and showed us a part on his phone that needed to be ordered. He requested a deposit for the part. He asked for a deposit of $441.28 (check # 992) and Sybil wrote out the check and gave it to him (Leo asked that the check be written out to Charles Pratt). Leo told us that as soon as the part came in, he would come install it. She got a call around 4 pm that same day from her bank (Capitol One, Gateway Overlook location) asking her if she wrote out a check because the man was cashing it at her bank. I called and texted Leo and Aaron several times requesting that they email us a receipt showing the deposit paid with check amount and check number but the only thing I received was a invoice (from Charles Pratt) that showed the part and labor amount but no mention of a deposit check. I requested several times for receipt but still have not received anything. Two weeks go by and I reached out to all three men but the only one who answered the phone was Leo. He told my that he was going to bring the part and make the repair on Friday June 28 at 2:30pm. He never showed up, never called and would not answer my call to find out where he was. We request that a refund of $441.28 be sent back to Sybil Gearhart immediately. This is a company that Angi has supposedly vetted. Are you sure they are licensed and insured? I request a copy of their MHIC license and insurance. Furthermore, I bet the IRS would be interested in knowing that Angi uses companies that mishandle funds, like cashing the check to avoid taxes.

They contacted me right away to come out and look at the refrigerator but after 10 days of waiting for a part and trying to get someone to call or email me back I cancelled.
Hired 24/7 to fix broken mechanism in refrigerator... moving out this week, and they told me they'd have the parts and could book me Tuesday from 9a-11a. I took off work and have been waiting all morning. I requested email confirmation of the appointment. I was told that would be sent--never received it. No one called today... no one showed up. Would not hire again.
Leo was awesome. Came in, assessed the problem, fixed the problem and saved me from buying a new microwave.
Was able to get service same day I called. Leo was knowledgeable and very friendly,
I didnâ t have the pleasure of hiring the company but was contacted rite away with amazing customer service I explained to the gentleman my issues and after speaking for about 20 minutes he gave me a honest opinion which helped me make my decision to purchase a new unit â ¦ would definitely hire if ever needed!!!!
were very flexible about scheduling and communicated well. Everything was done efficiently and well. Would definitely recommend
Charles came out to take aloo at my Diswasher machine the unit was leaking he found the issue ordered parts needed(within 2 days ) completely repaired unit Thank you
