Excellent work... they know what they are doing
Nigel was able to send an electrician quickly despite being swamped and the wiring we needed wasnâ t readily available but they got it done. Quality work done promptly.

They did a very good job
Their name describes their service perfectly. Not only did they respond first, but Nigel consulted with us to determine what we needed; the best way to do it; agree on a price; schedule the service and perform it before anyone else responded! Jesse installed 3 pendant lights, setting them up perfectly to our measurements, using lasers; snaked the wires above our ceiling, and installed a wall switch. They also replaced 5 switches and installed 2 external electrical outlets. They were courteous, working professionally and efficiently, protecting our furnishings, leaving minimal marks which could be touched up with spot painting, and cleaned up afterwards. Charges adhered completely to the estimate. Yes, we would definitely use them again.
Communication was lacking. I take some / most of the responsibility but the workers sent did not completely finish the work or clean up the mess. The gentleman that I scheduled to work with knew what needed to be done I left notes but then they did not complete and then said my son did not tell them what work needed to be done. It was he said she said. When my son said he did tell them it was just a communication snafu. The gentleman did come back the following Monday and finish everything. He was very nice. His name was Nigel and wanted to make it right. Just poor customer service.
