Frank ,the owner was very nice. He answered All my questions no matter how dumb they sounded. He was very patient and didn't just rushed through the process. i would call him again and i will recommend him to all the people in my Complex ,that management won't even test the mole in there apartment.

I must give my utmost appreciation for my experience with Frank's work. His professionalism and dedication to ensuring that every aspect of his inspection was thorough truly impressed me. Not only did he focus on the mold inspection, but he also took it upon himself to thoroughly investigate the pipes. This proved to be crucial, as he discovered some pressing issues with them that required immediate attention. Without his diligence, I would have been left unaware of this problem. Frank is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was on time and did a thorough job checking for mold. He did not over exaggerate anything costing me unnecessary expenses and helped me to complete the job that did need to be done. Well by need, I mean a precautionary project to avoid future issues, something I elected to do, wasn’t imperative. This guy is dependable and trustworthy.

As scary as it is to think you have mold in your house Frank was patient and explained all he was doing. When the lab results came back he emailed them to me and then called and explained in detail what I was looking at. When the work he recommended is done I will have him back to retest so I can be sure and rest easy. I would recommend him again and again

Frank Parise was delightful to work with. From our first conversation he was educating me on topics and Quasimodo I would have never thought to bring up. He also gave me his entire resume up front and offered references before I could even ask. His inspection was thorough and very detailed. Frank also gave me the opportunity to address any questions I had after examining his inspection. Thankfully after careful consideration of the findings I ended up walking away from a property that had a lot of signs of becoming a money pit for repairs. Thank you Frank. The next property I seek, I will definitely ask for your inspection!
