One job there were very specific instructions Because the nature of the client not only did they see what was needed I would recommend Company to anyone and I have, and receive good reports from the people recommended them to So when they need arise for electrical service, they will be top on my list to recommend anyone
Work was great and performed professionally. Project was delayed longer than preferred.
Powerworks did a great job identifying our problem and helping find a solution (a full panel replacement) to fix it without overselling us. We had the work permitted and inspected, and the inspector (who has inspected our panel 2x before) approved the new work. They were flexible on the estimate process as we focused in on the scope of this project and descoped a larger one. They also really helped out when an electrical issue not related to their work popped up during their work. Scheduling was okay, as good as with any contractor. We will likely use them again, if necessary.

I booked Belvin for an electrical panel upgrade and I am very satisfied with the work that was done and they were very professional and had good pricing.
Initially I was impressed with the presentation of the service. However, after the work started I experienced low-quality customer service. It was difficult to reach and communicate with the owner. The owner did not do the work; another technician did the work and wanted to borrow some of my tools. The final inspection was done via text message and still photo. The ground wire was left exposed above ground. They did not remove the old power meter and just left it attached to the back of the house. I did call the county inspector whose name and number appeared on the inspection sticker. He arrived; visually inspected the work and stated that it was to code but the work was marginally. When PEPCO arrived to make the final connections, they informed me that several complaints had been filed. I would not recommend using this business. I found the work and customer service to be sub-standard.
Hello Warren we apologize for your experience, as the owner of the company its my responsibility to address your concerns. As the owner, i have electrician technicians employed by my company which they complete our electrical projects. Also we made accepts to call and remove old meter once the utility company had completed their work but weren't able to reach you or anyone else. We have no control at the point where we aren't able to reach a customer via phone but again we apologize and if there is anything we can do to accommodate you please don't hesitate to reach out. Melvin was prompt in responding to my texts and offered me a great deal to replace the electrical panel in my house. He showed up on time and answered all of my questions. Joe, the technician, was also prompt and polite. He was very focused on his task and when he was done, he tested and labeled the circuits! It was a great experience and I already have another job lined up for PowerWorks.
They are professional and easy to work with. Power Works upgraded by electrical panel and did a great job.
