Hottest day ever and of course my air conditioner decided not to cooperate. Upon inspection it was loaded with ice. Oh boy. 1800plumbers sent Kyle right out to save the day. And save the day he did. Tools, shoe covers and impeccable manners, and about an hour and he had me all up and running! He explained everything as he did his inspection and gave me a look into the future with possible things to watch for and things that were close to be needing to be replaced. I appreciated such a professional evaluation! Highly highly highly recommend this company! Kyle was amazing and did indeed save the day!

Kyle went above and beyond to fix a real problem with my old swamp cooler. While fighting hornets and 100 degree heat he persevered and got the job done. Five stars aren’t enough.The price was completely professional too. This is the second time I’ve used these guys and it won’t be the last.

They were very responsive to my request for repairs and came out within 2 hours. Nolan, the service tech spent over 1-1/2 hours accessing where the underground pipe leak was. They provided 3 estimates for repairs. They had the leak fixed in one day. Chris, the owner, was out 3 times to check how it was going. They are very professional and I would highly recommend them.
