Review by Kathleen C. in Burlington, WA Project: remove old sheet metal roofing material and install new asphalt shingles. My home was built in 1912. The previous owner hired someone (or put the roof in himself) over 20 years ago. He took many shortcuts when putting a sheet metal roof on my home and garage. That meant nothing was up to "code". Chris' team had to put underlayment in both buildings, add moisture barrier, and add 2 X 4 's in the rafters to be able to install my new Malarkey asphalt shingles. Chris and his team worked hard, did a wonderful job cleaning up the surrounding areas of roofing debris, and were just all around great people. My home will enjoy being dry for the next 30 years! Chris worked hard to provide his services on a budget I could afford. We had to revise my original contract to be able to add the extra materials but I was fully on board with the reasons for adding to the contract. 101 Construction LLC is a fine company and I fully recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof!

Chris and his team are very hard workers who came quickly after we confirmed that we wanted to hire him to repair some flashing on our roof and replace a skylight. He kept to his schedule as much as possible and kept us informed when there was a delay in manufacturing the skylight.
